The following year his brother Salvatore joins him and together they lay the foundations for the current Company.

The Company mission is well defined and shaped in its own name and its motto: “Parts in perfect shape”.

Just few miles away from the first site in Mugnano di Napoli, near Naples, the new plant which will drive the already booming Original Birth is opened.

An innovative system for the production of engine mountings with hydraulic technology is developped and registered. Original Birth becomes the first Aftermarket Company in the world to produce these components for the IAM market. The first production for plastic parts is launched as well.

First steps towards internationalisation: attending sector exhibitions, as the memorable Automotor in Turin, gives a strong contribution to the brand diffusion beyond national borders.

The increasing expansion and new production projects need space. Still in Naples northern area, In Villaricca, a new plant of 4,000 covered sqm over a 7,000 sqm space is built. New investments over machinery of latest generation increase the production capacity of new rubber, rubber-to-metal and plastic parts.

Over an area of more than 60,000 sqm, in the industrial hub in Pignataro Maggiore, near Caserta, on the millenial Appia Roman Route, a new plant takes shape entirely dedicated to research, development and production. All branches deployed all over the Campania and Piemonte regions are now incorporated in this modern and efficient plant.

A strong boost to production of strut mountings, core product of the Company, is given by the acquisition of the firm Art Stamp based in Alpignano, near Turin. This implies that the OEM Market is supplied as well as the IAM one.

The industrial project in Pignataro Maggiore, near Caserta, is finally completed. All operations related to R&D, Production, Assembling, Logistics and Sales are gathered into this modern and efficient Branch.

New investments in Research and Development with the purchase of advanced machinery for quality control and product innovation. Original Birth is strengthening its R&D department to ensure high production standards and increasingly high-performance solutions for the automotive market.

Original Birth is investing in its logistics with the introduction of a new automated warehouse and advanced picking systems. Process automation improves inventory management, speed of delivery, and traceability, ensuring greater efficiency and an increasingly competitive service for the automotive aftermarket.

Original Birth invests in its tooling department with new technologies and high-precision instruments. This internal expansion improves design, prototyping, and final component quality, strengthening its competitiveness and production autonomy.

Original Birth strengthens its Made in Italy excellence with a new Industry 4.0 facility designed according to Lean Manufacturing principles. Spanning a 60,000-square-meter industrial area, it integrates mold design, injection-blow molding, and MIG welding robots, with full digital interconnection to reduce time-to-market, increase efficiency, and increase production sustainability.
