The model developed is the result of an in-depth analysis of the company’s operations, highlighting the possible risks typical of the business and determining the procedures to avoid them.

The Original Birth SpA company favours behaviours that comply with the general principles of absolute honesty, loyalty, good faith, correctness and diligence, and shares the specific obligations that may arise from ethics and, in any case, from those principles deemed due by virtue of the context and purposes of its mission.

Original Birth SpA conducts its business in compliance with community, national and international regulations, rejecting corruption and any illegal practice. The obligations and limits set forth in this Policy apply with reference to public and private entities and/or to the entities directly or indirectly represented by the same with which Original Birth SpA has or may have business relationships.

Original Birth S.p.A. has adopted the “Whistleblowing Procedure” in order to comply with the innovations introduced by Law 30 November 2017, n. 179, published in the Official Journal 291 of 14 December 2017 containing “Provisions for the protection of those who report crimes or irregularities of which they have become aware in the context of a public or private employment relationship” (so-called Whistleblowing), and by the implementation by the Italian Legislator of EU Directive 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report violations of European Union law. This regulation responds to a need to protect the integrity of corporate realities.
